I went to see Julie Penfold for my last ditch attempt to resolve a longstanding problem with my foot before submitting to surgery. Wow has she been good! No surgery for me! Julie was wonderfully thorough and took an holistic approach, checking out my whole body, posture and gait to identify all the possible issues that might have been contributing to the Morton’s neuroma. She gave me lots of exercises, all well explained and set out in an app on my phone with Julie’s annotations. Julie was so positive and I felt highly motivated to do the exercises and delighted to get Julie’s praise and encouragement on my return. My treatment (8/9 sessions) has got me back able to walk up a mountain again and feeling strong and fit. Can’t recommend or thank Julie enough!

Darren Norman looked after me. I had problems with my right knee, which made me struggle when walking. Over a period of four months with six visits to see Darren, my knee gradually improved and is pretty good now, no problem walking. Darren's knowledge of the muscles in the legs is excellent, knowing what exercises are needed to remedy the situation. He started me off on some easier exercises explaining their purpose and effect as he went along, then slowly made them harder over the six visits. Some of the exercises seemed counterintuitive to me but they certainly did the trick, but I am a dummy as to knowing how the body works.

I was recommended this clinic by my consultant after dislocating my shoulder and feel very fortunate to have been treated by Rob. Rob is a highly competent and knowledgeable physio who immediately made me feel at ease and reassured. He set out a clear plan for treatment and prognosis, along with good advice for ongoing stability of my shoulder joint. I thoroughly recommend Rob, he's personable, professional and honest.
